How To Cook Chickpea Salad With Coriander And Parsley Pesto - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 600 grams of cooked chickpeas
  • 1/3 tea cup olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 3 onions, finely chopped
  • half a bunch of fresh coriander
  • half a bunch of fresh parsley
  • 20 milliliters of lemon juice
  • salt and pepper to taste

 

Method of preparation:

 

In a blender bowl pour olive oil, add fresh parsley and coriander. Season with salt, pepper and lemon juice.

Beat until smooth. In a bowl pour chickpeas, chopped onions, garlic and stir. Season the salad with the green dressing, cool and serve.
