Method of preparation :
Preheat the oven to 170 degrees and grease a round 18 cm pan, sprinkle with flour. Place a sheet of round parchment on the bottom. Set aside.
Sift the flour with the rest with the leavening agents and salt, add the sugar and stir to mix well. Make a well in the center and pour the milk, egg and oil there. Transfer the warm mixture to a mixing bowl and beat for 10 minutes to obtain a creamy, airy mixture. Add the mint and stir to absorb the mixture.
When you are ready to serve, put the cream on the cake, you do not need to smear the sides.
Heat the cream and pour over the chocolate, leave for a few minutes to relax and stir until combined.
When serving, pour each piece with chocolate glaze.
