Method of preparation :
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and line a baking tray with parchment paper only at the bottom.
Sift the flour, cocoa sugar, baking powder, baking soda and a pinch of salt.
Mix the almond milk with the vinegar and mix well, the mixture will start to thicken. Add the oil and vanilla.
Make a well in the dry ingredients and pour the liquid mixture with almond milk there. Add the peanut butter and stir to combine.
Divide the dough into 2 equal pans or bake the tops one after the other for about 20-25 minutes, until dry stick.
Allow to cool for a few minutes in the pan, then remove to cool completely. Bake the second loaf, if you did not do it at the same time as the first.
For the glaze, mix all the ingredients with a mixer to get a creamy mixture.
Spread one loaf of cake with half of the cream and place the second on top. Both swamps must be completely cold!
Spread with the remaining cream and sprinkle with nuts and chocolate.
