How To Cook Chocolate Mousse With Semolina And Milk - Recipe

Required products :

  • 1 liter of fresh milk
  • 100 grams of chocolate (milk or bitter - optional)
  • 100 grams of semolina
  • 150 grams of sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla sugar
  • 1 tablespoon butter

 

Method of preparation :

Bring the milk to a boil.

 

Add the chocolate to it and stir well to melt.

 

Then, stirring constantly, pour the semolina (in a thin stream).

 

It's time for both types of sugar, add them and let everything boil on low heat until thickened (about 5 - 7 minutes).

 

Let the cream cool and add the butter.

 

Beat well.

 

Distribute the mousse in suitable molds, cups or other and store in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours.

 

You can sprinkle the finished dessert with grated chocolate.
