How To Cook Chocolate Truffles With Buckwheat Flour And Prunes - Recipe

Required products :

  • 175 grams of buckwheat flour
  • 250 grams of yogurt
  • 160 grams of prune puree
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa
  • 1 teaspoon oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • sesame for rolling

Method of preparation :

Make a puree of prunes by pouring hot water over them for half an hour and then grind with a blender. Add the oil and yoghurt to the porridge.

In a deep bowl, mix the dry ingredients: buckwheat flour, baking soda, sugar, cocoa and vanilla sugar.

Combine the two mixtures and make a firm dough, from which form small balls (about 60 - 65 pieces).

Roll some of them in sesame seeds, if you want all of them, arrange in a tray, the bottom of which you have covered with baking paper.

Bake the truffles in a preheated 180 degree oven for 15 minutes.

You can also use cocoa powder or powdered sugar for rolling.
