How To Cook Chokeberry Smoothie With Apples, Banana And Cinnamon - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Chokeberry smoothie with apples, banana and cinnamon". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 100 grams of chokeberry
  • 2 apples
  • 1 banana
  • 100 milliliters of water
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • a pinch of ground cinnamon

Method of preparation :

Washed apples, cut in half and remove the core with the seeds, then cut into smaller pieces to grind easier and faster.

Peel a banana and turn it into circles.

Put the prepared fruit in a blender, add the chokeberry (if you use frozen, thaw it first).

Grind, you should get a thick puree. If you do not want pieces of chokeberry to be felt in the finished drink, pass the fruit mixture through a fine sieve to separate them.

Put a spoonful of honey, which can be replaced with maple syrup or other natural sweetener.

Pour the water (cold and filtered) and sprinkle with a pinch of cinnamon for flavor.

Beat briefly in a blender to mix all products.

Divide the smoothie into cups, garnish with fresh chokeberry and serve with a cinnamon stick.
