How To Cook Christmas Sangria With White Wine And Fresh Fruit - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Christmas sangria with white wine and fresh fruit". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 3 apples
  • 1 large orange
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 2 bottles of dry white wine
  • 1 teaspoon apple juice
  • 1/4 tea cup sugar
  • 450 milliliters of carbonated water
  • 2-3 sprigs of fresh rosemary

Method of preparation :

  • Wash the apples thoroughly, remove the seeds and cut into thin slices. Transfer them to a large jug.
  • Wash the orange well, cut into thin slices and add it to the jug.
  • Add the blueberries and raspberries and pour over the white wine and fruit juice.
  • Stir gently so as not to damage the raspberries and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
  • Add the baking soda, stir and pour into cups.
  • Serve the Christmas sangria, along with the fruits and sprigs of fresh rosemary.
