Required products :

for the sauce:

  • 1/2 teaspoon cream cheese
  • 1/4 tea cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh onions
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

for the dough:

  • 4 thin slices of bacon
  • 2/3 tea cup cold water
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon of fat from frying bacon
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2/3 tea cup flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 50 grams of grated yellow cheese of your choice
  • 1/2 tea cup diced hot pepper (jalapeno)
  • 1 pinch of hot pepper and black pepper
  • 1 pinch of black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons frying oil

Method of preparation :

Put the slices of bacon in a pan and fry them for 10 minutes until they are brown and crispy. Drain them on paper and cut them into small pieces.

Save 1 tablespoon of the fat separated from the bacon.

Mix cream cheese, sour cream, green onions and lemon juice. If the sauce seems too thick, add a little water until it reaches the desired consistency. Set aside.

Heat a saucepan in a pan over medium heat. Add cold water and butter, bacon fat and salt. Bring the liquid to a boil and reduce the temperature. Add the flour at once and stir with a spatula until a ball forms - about 2-3 minutes.

Allow to cool for 5 minutes.

Start adding the eggs - one by one, stirring after each one to absorb the dough well.

Add the finely chopped pepper, grated yellow cheese, chopped bacon, spices and mix. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes to 1 hour.

Heat frying oil in a deep pan.

Form small balls and fry them until golden - about 3-4 minutes.

Serve with cream sauce.
