- 30 milliliters of bourbon
- 15 milliliters of lime juice
- 15 milliliters of plain sugar syrup

Method of preparation:
In a shaker, mash half of the kiwi, add the bourbon, lime juice and syrup. Fill with ice to half and beat well.
Sprinkle the cocktail without straining it to preserve the effect of the kiwi seeds. Garnish with kiwi slices and serve!
