Required products :
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon flour
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 3 apples
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon oil
- 1.5 teaspoons baking powder
Method of preparation :
Beat the eggs with a mixer.
Sift the flour with the baking powder, pour in the oil, add the cocoa and sour cream. Beat until smooth.
Peel the apples and turn them into small cubes, which you mix with the dough.
Spread it in an oiled pan and level the layer.
Bake for 35-40 minutes in the oven, 180 degrees.
Cut the finished cake into pieces when it cools.
