Necessary products: 

 

  • 2 teaspoons wholemeal flour
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa
  • 2 tablespoons locust bean flour
  • 2 teaspoons fresh milk
  • 1 teaspoon of fruit of your choice
  • 100 milliliters of whipping cream
  • powdered sugar for sprinkling
  • a pinch of sugar
  • pinch of salt
  • pinch of baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • oil

 

Method of preparation:

 

In a bowl, mix the cocoa with the flour, add salt, sugar and baking powder. Separately beat the eggs, pour the milk and add to the flour. Stir until smooth. Heat a frying pan, grease and scoop out the dough with the help of a ladle. Bake the pancakes, cool, whip the cream, add the fruit to it and garnish. Fold in four, sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
