Required products :
230 grams unsalted softened butter
1/2 teaspoon powdered sugar (you can use less)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 1/4 teaspoons flour
1 1/2 tablespoons grated lemon peel
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tsp cup of coconut shavings
1 1/2 teaspoon powdered sugar for rolling
Method of preparation :
Beat the softened butter with a mixer on medium speed until you get a cream. Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract without stopping the beating.
Then add the flour, lemon peel, salt (do not stop beating). It's time for the coconut shavings. When you add them, put the finished dough in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Once cooled, form small cakes from it, which bake for 15-20 minutes in the oven at a temperature of 220 degrees (or until golden).
Wait for them to cool and roll in powdered sugar.
