Required products :
- 4 large eggs, egg whites only
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 400 grams of sweetened coconut shavings
- lubricating oil
Method of preparation :
- Preheat the oven to 150 degrees and grease a muffin tin with butter.
- In a large bowl, beat the egg whites with the salt.
- Add the coconut shavings and mix well to distribute evenly.
- Put 2 tablespoons of the mixture in each cup of the muffin tin.
- Press lightly with your fingers down and to the side to form a nest.
- Bake in a preheated oven for about 30 minutes until light golden.
- Allow the nests to cool for 10 minutes before removing them from the pan.
- Wait for them to cool completely and arrange them with Easter or chocolate eggs.
