Required products :
8 lemons
8 oranges
1 bottle of dry champagne or sparkling wine
Method of preparation :
Drain the citrus juice, pour it into a glass bowl and store in the freezer. Stir the freezing mass periodically.
When ice cream is obtained, pour the champagne into the bowl and return to the freezer for another 30 minutes.
Distribute the mixture in wide cups with a spoon and serve.
