How to cook a jar of condensed milk

Condensed milk is a product that both adults and children love. Milk is consumed both raw and boiled. Many housewives buy ready-made boiled condensed milk for their recipes. But it turns out much tastier if you cook it at home.

And although it would seem that there may be difficulties in boiling such milk, many housewives do not want to take on this process, fearing that a can of milk may explode during cooking. To avoid problems when cooking condensed milk, follow these recommendations:

- Put the jar in a pot of cold water.

- put the jar in the pan "on the side".

- the jar must be completely covered with water (with a margin).

- during cooking, monitor the water level and constantly add only hot water.

- periodically turn the jar over to evenly boil the milk.

- Boil milk for at least 2 hours.

- open only a well-chilled can of milk.

- for cooking, choose only high-quality condensed milk.
