Necessary products

For the dough:

2 tsp corn flour

1 tsp wheat flour

1 egg

150-200 ml of water

1 tsp Sol

1 tablespoon alcohol (eg vodka)

For the stuffing:

300 g of fresh meat

1 onion

200 g peppers

salt and pepper to taste

frying oil

For spreading and sprinkling:

50 g butter

1 large clove of garlic

chopped parsley and green onions

Method of preparation:

Mix the two types of flour, add salt and stir. Add the egg, vodka, water and knead an elastic dough that does not stick to your hands. If you think you need more flour during kneading, use wheat. Cover the finished dough with a towel and leave for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, make the filling. Cut the onion into small cubes and fry it until soft in oil. Add the meat to it, also cut into small cubes, stir, close the container with a lid and leave for 2 minutes. When the meat releases its juice, add the diced peppers (you can also use frozen ones). Fry everything for 5 minutes, season with salt and pepper and remove from the heat.

While the filling cools, work on the dough. Tear off a little of it and roll out a sheet 3 mm thick. Then cut into squares (for example 10x10 cm). At one end of the "handkerchief" put some of the stuffing and close with the other so that a triangle is formed. Press the edges well to stick to each other.

Fry until golden on both sides. Determine the amount of oil yourself.

Melt the butter and add the crushed garlic. Spread the hot wipes with this mixture and sprinkle with chopped parsley and green onions to taste.

Breakfast is much tastier cold.

Enjoy your meal!
