Pass the curd through a sieve or beat with a blender until smooth. Crush the rusks, grate the yellow cheese. Finely chop the dill and parsley. Mix the curd, grated yellow cheese, green spices, butter, cream, and lemon juice. Add the crushed garlic, season with salt and pepper. From the resulting mixture form balls and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Then arrange on a plate and garnish with dill and parsley.
