How To Cook Cottage Cheese And Yellow Cheese Appetizer - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Appetizer of cottage cheese and yellow cheese". Delicious recipe.

Necessary products:

  • 250 grams of cottage cheese  
  • 50 grams of yellow cheese
  • 50 grams of butter
  • 3 tablespoons cream
  • 1 clove garlic
  • parsley and dill - to taste
  • 2-3 toasted rye slices or rye rusks
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • salt and pepper - to taste

 

Preparation:

Pass the curd through a sieve or beat with a blender until smooth. Crush the rusks, grate the yellow cheese. Finely chop the dill and parsley. Mix the curd, grated yellow cheese, green spices, butter, cream, and lemon juice. Add the crushed garlic, season with salt and pepper. From the resulting mixture form balls and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Then arrange on a plate and garnish with dill and parsley.
