Required products :

for the stuffing:

  • 2 teaspoons cranberries
  • peel and juice of half an orange
  • 6 tablespoons crystal sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons starch
  • 2 teaspoons almond extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon powder

for swamps:

  • 1 1/2 teaspoons flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons almond flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg powder
  • peel of half an orange
  • 4 tablespoons cold butter cubes
  • 2 proteins
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoons powdered sugar

Method of preparation :

Line a rectangular baking tray with parchment paper, leaving some of the edges protruding from the tray (this will easily remove the cake later).

Combine blueberries, orange juice and peel, 6 tablespoons sugar, cornstarch, almond extract and cinnamon.

Set the mixture aside after mixing well.

For the marshmallows, sift the flour and add 1/2 teaspoon of sugar, baking powder, salt, nutmeg and orange peel. Add the butter and rub between your fingers to make crumbs.

Beat the eggs to a froth, add the vanilla and pour over the flour. Mix the ingredients with a fork. Save 1/2 cup of the dough.

Put most of the dough on the bottom of the pan, pressing well.

Stir the mixture vigorously with the blueberries and pour it over the marsh, spread it over the entire surface. Sprinkle with the set dough and bake for 40 minutes at 170 degrees.

Cool for 15 minutes, then cut the cake.

Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
