How To Cook Cream Cheese Pate With Roasted Peppers, Chili And Garlic - Recipe

Required products :

  • 500 grams of sweet red peppers (you can use other colors, you will get a colorful pate)
  • 2 chili peppers
  • 300 grams of cream cheese of your choice
  • connection green spices (for example, basil)
  • pepper
  • left
  • 1 or more cloves of garlic

 

Method of preparation :

Wash the fresh sweet peppers and bake them until soft in the oven for 30 minutes at 180 degrees (turn them periodically). Then put in a plastic bag for 5-10 minutes to suffocate, and peel them. Clean them from the seeds as well.

Put in a blender, add a bunch of basil (maybe parsley, green onion feathers or other), which you have chopped in advance, peeled garlic cloves to taste and beat the products until they become a homogeneous paste.

Mix it with the cream cheese, season with pepper, salt, mix well and transfer the pate to a beautiful glass jar, which you store in the refrigerator.

Once the contents have cooled, you can enjoy it.
