Necessary products:

2 tsp frozen peas

1.5 tsp frozen corn

1 tsp water

2 tsp coconut milk (you can use cream)

1 onion

1/2 lemon

mint

olive oil

left

pepper

Method of preparation:

Pour the peas and corn into a suitable container, pour a little water, add olive oil and put on the stove to stew. Cut the onion and fry it when it softens, add it to the peas and corn. Add a glass of water and 2 cups of coconut milk, bring to a boil and turn off the heat. Season the soup with fresh mint, juice of 1/2 lemon, salt and pepper. Puree the mixture using a blender. Garnish with green onions.
