Learn how to cook "Cream of cottage cheese with nuts and fruits". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
800 grams of cottage cheese
200 grams of sour cream
100 grams of butter
5 egg yolks
100 grams of sugar
10 grams of vanilla sugar
nuts and fruits for decoration
Method of preparation :
Mix the yolks with the sugar.
Then add the butter and stir again.
Mix the cottage cheese with the sour cream and vanilla sugar. Add the yolks to them and mix with a wooden spoon until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
Distribute in suitable bowls and decorate the dessert in nuts and fruits (canned) of your choice.
