Required products :
- a piece of butter
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 medium potato, peeled and diced
- 1 liter of meat broth
- 500 grams of frozen peas
- 300 grams of ham, cut into pieces
Method of preparation :
Fry the onion in the butter until soft (it should not burn). Pour diced potatoes and meat broth. Cook until soft. Add the frozen peas and cook until done.
Remove the soup from the heat and mash. Serve in bowls with pieces of ham.
