Required products :
1 bunch spinach
1 onion
50 grams butter
1 liter broth
1 tablespoon flour
250 ml cooking cream
nutmeg, salt and pepper to taste
Preparation :
Wash the spinach leaves. Finely chop the onion and fry it for 5 minutes in hot oil. Then add the spinach, pour the broth and let everything boil over medium heat for 30 minutes until the spinach softens.
Dissolve the flour in the cream, add to the spinach and cook for 2 minutes on high heat. Finally add the spices.
Serve the soup hot. You can garnish with croutons and grated cheese.
