Required products :
500 milliliters of liquid cream with a fat content of 33-35%
250 milliliters of fresh milk
10 grams of gelatin
1 tablespoon
vanilla sugar to taste
Method of preparation :
Dissolve gelatin in 4 tablespoons of cold boiled water.
Mix the milk and cream in a saucepan and place on the hob. Add the sugar and vanilla, let the mixture heat up, but do not let it boil.
Dissolve the gelatin in a water bath and then add it to the warm liquid. When the mixture has cooled a bit, distribute it in suitable molds. Once completely cooled, store the dessert in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or preferably overnight.
You can serve with pieces of fresh fruit of your choice, sprinkle with grated chocolate or serve as your imagination tells you.
