Required products (for 2 servings) :

4 large fleshy red peppers (if smaller, use more)
2 cloves garlic
1 onion
1 stalk celery
1 tablespoon olive oil
500 milliliters chicken or vegetable broth
100 milliliters cream
salt and pepper

Preparation :
Bake the peppers in the oven at a temperature of 220-240 degrees, then put in a bowl and close with a lid.
5 minutes later, peel and clean the seeds and tails.
Finely chop the onion, garlic and celery (you can use carrots instead of celery) and fry them in olive oil over low heat until soft. Stir constantly, then add the peppers. Fry them too, pour the broth and bring to a boil. When this happens, reduce the heat and let the soup cook for 15 minutes.
You should pour everything into a blender and grind until smooth. Add the cream and pass the mixture through a sieve.
Return the cream soup to the pan and heat over low heat for about 5 minutes, without allowing it to boil.
Serve the dish hot with hot peppers, for example. You can decorate with grated yellow cheese, seeds, croutons or rusks, green spices or as your imagination tells you.
Enjoy your meal!
