How To Cook Cream Stew With Fresh Potatoes And Salmon - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 250 milliliters of unsalted cooking cream
  • 1 head old onion
  • half a bunch of fresh dill
  • 1 clove of garlic, finely chopped
  • 20 grams of butter
  • 500 grams of salmon fillet
  • 1 kg of fresh potatoes
  • salt, pepper, rosemary sprig
  • 1 stalk fresh onion
  • 50 milliliters of white wine

 

Method of preparation:

Heat the butter in a pan and fry the garlic and onion. Add diced fresh potatoes without peeling and season with salt, pepper and rosemary.

Stir and add the dill and wine. Stew the mixture for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, roast the salmon in a dry pan on both sides.

Add it to the dish and pour the cream. Cook over low heat for another 20-25 minutes. Cool, arrange the dish on a plate and serve, sprinkled with chopped fresh onions.
