How To Cook Cream With Pineapple For Cakes And Pies - Recipe

Necessary products:

1 teaspoon cream

1 teaspoon gelatin

1 - 2 tablespoons powdered sugar

4 - 6 tablespoons ground pineapple

vanilla sugar to taste

Method of preparation:

Pour a little water over the gelatin (you can also use fresh milk) and let it swell. Then put on the stove in a water bath or over very low heat, stirring constantly. Wait for it to cool.

Whip the cold cream, gradually pouring the powdered sugar. Continue beating, pouring a thin stream of gelatin. To the resulting cream add the ground pineapple, vanilla sugar. Stir well and cool.

You can improvise with a variety of fruits, it doesn't have to be just a pineapple. Eggs can be added, gelatin may not be used. You can also add coffee, chocolate, cocoa, honey, alcohol, nuts and other products of your choice and taste.

The cream should be used immediately after preparation. Store in a cool place for no more than 3 hours.
