Learn how to cook "Crispy bread rolls with fish filling and pesto sauce". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
8 slices of bread (for sandwiches, square)
8 pieces of fish fillet of your choice
8 teaspoons pesto sauce
2 eggs
salt to taste
oil
Method of preparation :
Cut the crusts of the bread slices and run the rolling pin lightly over their surface. Spread each with 1 teaspoon of pesto sauce and put a piece of fish. Add salt to taste.
Place the bread with the fish on plastic wrap and roll gently, forming rolls. Tie with a suitable thread and store in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
Beat the eggs with a fork. Remove the foil from the rolls, dip them in the eggs and fry in hot oil until golden (you can also use a deep fryer).
Then arrange in a pan and place in a preheated 180 degree oven for 10 minutes.
