How To Cook Crispy Bruschettas With Strawberries And Mozzarella - Recipe

Refreshing recipe with nectarines, cherry tomatoes, strawberries and basil, served on a baguette with mozzarella cheese.

Required products :

  • 1 and 1/2 cups fresh strawberries, cut into slices
  • 1 nectarine, cut into cubes
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, cut into quarters
  • 3 tablespoons fresh basil, thinly sliced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 baguette
  • 300 grams of mozzarella, small balls

* A tea cup is used to measure the quantities.

Method of preparation :

Turn the oven to 190 degrees.

In a bowl, mix the nectarines, cherry tomatoes, basil, chopped onions, 2 tablespoons olive oil, balsamic vinegar, sugar, black pepper and salt.

Cut the baguette into small pieces, sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, place in a pan covered with baking paper and bake for 13-15 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove from the oven and garnish with the strawberry mixture. Cut into small pieces and serve.
