How To Cook Crispy Chicken Breast Stuffed With Bacon, Cheese And Pickles - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 700 grams of chicken breast
  • salt, pepper, cumin powder
  • juice of half a lemon
  • 100 grams of finely ground breadcrumbs
  • 2 broken eggs
  • 2 tablespoons fresh milk
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 teaspoon flour
  • 100 grams of butter
  • 2 finely chopped pickles
  • 100 grams of finely chopped bacon
  • 50 grams of finely chopped yellow cheese

 

Method of preparation:

 

Halve the breasts and season with salt, pepper, cumin and lemon juice. Stir and put bacon, cheese and pickles in the middle of each piece. Attach the meat with toothpicks.

In a bowl, beat the eggs with the salt, pour in the milk and stir. Pour the breadcrumbs and flour into two other plates. Dip the chicken breasts in the eggs, then roll in the flour, return to the egg mixture and finish with the breadcrumbs.
