Required products :

  • 275 grams of flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder and salt
  • 60 grams of melted butter
  • 1 small egg - beaten

For the filling:

  • 100 grams of milk chocolate - broken into pieces
  • powdered sugar for sprinkling

Method of preparation :

Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl - flour, salt and baking powder. Pour them into the melted butter and start adding 75-100 milliliters of water to make a dough that you can form into a ball.

Mix it on a well floured surface. Form the dough into a ball and wrap in foil. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Roll out the cooled dough on the countertop, which you have previously floured, to a thickness of 0.5 cm.

Turn on the oven to preheat to 180 degrees and cut 8 -10 cm circles in the dough. Place a piece of chocolate in each circle. Brush the ends with the beaten egg and close the crescent. Make sure you close each cookie tightly to prevent the filling from leaking.

Transfer the biscuits to a tray and press the lids with a fork. Brush them with the remaining beaten egg and bake for 25-30 minutes until browned.

Cool and serve sprinkled with powdered sugar.
