Necessary products:

 

  • 5 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 stalk of leek
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 300 grams of chopped fresh mushrooms
  • 1/3 tea cup flour
  • 300 milliliters of vegetable broth
  • 1/2 cup unsalted whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons grainy mustard
  • chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme
  • 4 teaspoons lemon juice

 

for the crispy crust:

 

  • 100 grams of breadcrumbs
  • 80 grams of crushed cornflakes
  • 100 grams of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

 

Method of preparation:

 

Melt the butter in a pan, cut the leeks into small pieces and fry it. Add the chopped mushrooms, season with salt, pepper, lemon juice and stew for 5 minutes.

Mix the broth with the cream, mustard and flour. Stir until smooth and add the chopped parsley and thyme. Pour the liquid over the vegetables, stir and transfer to a pan.

Preheat oven to 190 degrees and bake for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, combine the butter, breadcrumbs, cornflakes, parmesan and parsley.

Stir, remove the dish from the oven, distribute the mixture and return for another 20 minutes. When ready, cool, cut and serve warmed, sprinkled with fresh spices of your choice.
