Necessary products:

 

  • 500 grams of potatoes
  • 100 grams of finely ground almonds
  • 5 grams of garlic powder
  • salt, black and red pepper
  • 3 grams of hot red pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or melted butter
  • 5 grams of savory
  • 1 tablespoon breadcrumbs

 

Method of preparation:

 

Peel, wash, dry and slice the potatoes. In a bowl, mix the ground almonds, garlic, salt, red sweet and hot pepper, black pepper, savory, breadcrumbs and olive oil.

Add the potatoes, stir and spread them on a parchment-lined tray. Preheat oven to 190 degrees and bake for 30 minutes. Cool, distribute portions and serve. Garnish with a sauce of your choice.
