How To Cook Crispy Zucchini With Parmesan In The Oven - Recipe

Required products :

  • 1 teaspoon flour
  • 2 teaspoons breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 zucchini, cut into thin slices
  • 3 large eggs, slightly broken
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper

For garnish :

  • milk sauce

Method of preparation :

 

  • Sprinkle the zucchini with salt on both sides and spread them on several sheets of kitchen paper.
  • Cover them with a few more sheets of kitchen paper and press lightly with your palms.
  • Allow them to stand for 20 minutes to drain the water.
  • Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and cover a large baking tray with parchment paper.
  • In a shallow dish, mix the breadcrumbs with parmesan and oregano. Stir and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Pour the flour into another shallow dish and also season with salt and pepper.
  • In a third plate, beat the eggs and season again.
  • Roll the zucchini in flour, dip in an egg and roll in the breadcrumb mixture.
  • Spread in the pan and bake for 20-30 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  • Serve the zucchini warm, garnished with your favorite milk sauce.

If you wish, using the same products, you can prepare the zucchini using a spiralizer or peeler. Then cut them to 5-6 cm in length and cook in the same way.
