Required products :

  • 250 milliliters of fresh milk
  • 6 grams of dry yeast
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 550 grams of flour
  • pinch of salt
  • 150 grams of butter
  • 200 grams of yellow cheese
  • sesame seeds for sprinkling


Method of preparation :

In the warm milk, dissolve the yeast with the sugar and 2 tablespoons of flour. Let stand 10-15 minutes until a "cap" of bubbles forms.

Then add the melted butter, egg, pinch of salt, gradually pour the flour. You should get an elastic and soft dough. Leave it in a warm place for about an hour (increase its volume twice). Hit it several times on the hob, then divide it into three equal parts on a floured surface.

The stuffing

Melt 50 grams of butter, finely grate the cheese.

Roll out one part of the dough in a circle, spread with half the butter and sprinkle with half of the cheese.

Then roll out the second ball of dough again in a circle, place on the filling and also grease and cover with yellow cheese.

Roll out the last dough, put it on the second layer and press gently with your hands (or use a rolling pin for this purpose). The layers must be joined.

Carefully cut into 16 triangles as shown in the next photo.

 

Roll up the horns, starting from the wide part to the top of the triangles.

Coat their surface with beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Arrange the rolls in a greased pan (or cover the bottom of the bowl with a sheet of parchment paper). Leave for 10-15 minutes to rise.

Bake in a preheated 200 degree oven for about a quarter of an hour.
