How To Cook Delicate Steaks In A Pan With Butter, Curry, Honey And Lemon - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Tender steaks in a pan with butter, curry, honey and lemon". Delicious recipe.

Necessary products:

  • 700 grams of pork bon fillet
  • salt, pepper and cumin to taste
  • 30 grams of butter or lard
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 5 grams of curry powder
  • juice of one lemon
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 30 milliliters of beer

Method of preparation:

Cut the fillet into pieces and season each with salt, pepper and cumin. Beat the meat in flour on both sides, heat the butter in a pan and seal the fillets.

Cover with a lid, reduce the heat and cook for 10 minutes. Turn the fillets in the fifth minute. Remove the meat and set aside. Add beer, curry, honey and lemon to the butter.

Stir until the sauce thickens and return the meat. Stew for 5 minutes and remove from heat. Pour portions, garnish with sauce and serve.
