Required products :

  • 900 milliliters of confectionery cream
  • 350 natural chocolate
  • 150 grams of white chocolate
  • 1 ready sponge cake or cake pan (chocolate)

Products for making bread, if you decide to bake it yourself :

  • 1 egg
  • 4 tablespoons sugar and flour
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream and cocoa

Method of preparation :

Melt 250 grams of dark chocolate and the same amount of cream in the microwave. Separately, melt 250 milliliters of white chocolate cream. Refrigerate both mixtures for a minimum of 4 hours.

Then add 250 milliliters of whipped cream to the dark and stir.

Cover the bottom and walls of the bowl chosen for the dessert with a sheet of stretch foil. Apply a thick layer of chocolate cream on the inside of the dish and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.

When the layer hardens, pour the white mixture into the bowl.

Cut the finished tray according to the diameter of the dish. Put the scraps on the white filling, which you cover with the chocolate cake.

Put the dessert in the freezer and let it stand until the next day.

Then carefully turn the contents of the container on a flat plate or a suitable tray.

Make a glaze from the remaining 100 grams of dark chocolate and 150 milliliters of cream. Cover the dessert with it and put it in the freezer to tighten the top layer.

If you decide to make marshmallows for dessert yourself, mix the ingredients listed for the dough. Bake in a form with a diameter of 24 centimeters.
