Pour the broth with a saucepan and add the olive oil. Season the liquid with salt, pepper and chop the onion. Add celery, chopped garlic cloves, turmeric, sage and carrots.
Cook the soup on low heat until ready. Cool, scoop a ladle out of it and put it in a blender. Beat until smooth and pour into the pan. Stir, pour in portions and serve the soup warm.
