Required products :

  • 500 grams of ordinary shortbread cookies
  • 150 grams of butter
  • 400 grams of condensed milk (sweetened)
  • 100 grams of dark chocolate

 

Method of preparation :

Grind the biscuits with a blender and mix with 100 grams of butter. Distribute in a suitable dish, this will be the basis of the dessert. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate to firm.

Meanwhile, add the remaining butter to the condensed milk and place the combination on the hob. Let it cook over low heat until it thickens and acquires a caramel color.

When the cream has cooled, spread it evenly on the cookie sheet and put it back in the fridge.
