Required products :

1 teaspoon flour
3/4 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
125 grams butter
1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
2 tablespoons instant coffee
1/3 teaspoon milk

 

Method of preparation :


Pour the milk into a suitable container and bring to the boil. Add the coffee to it, let it dissolve and leave to cool.
Mix the flour with the baking powder, sugar and salt. Gradually pour the milk and coffee over them and mix thoroughly.
Beat the eggs, add them, then add the vanilla sugar and softened butter. Mix everything well, you should get a uniform consistency.
Pour the finished dough into a form, the bottom of which you have previously greased with oil and sprinkled with flour.
Bake the cake in a preheated oven to 180-190 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
