Necessary products:

1 cup wheat flour

1 cup water

4 eggs

125 grams of butter

1 tsp Sol

boiled condensed milk for stuffing

powdered sugar for sprinkling

Method of preparation:

Bring the water to a boil and add salt and oil. Once the butter has melted, begin to gradually add the flour, stirring vigorously, without removing from the heat until the dough separates from the sides of the pan. Remove from the heat, pour the mixture into a bowl suitable for beating and cool slightly. Then add the eggs one by one, after each beat with a mixer until smooth. The dough should no longer be broken vigorously, the eclairs will not be successful.

Grease a pan with oil and arrange walnut-sized balls in it, shaped with a tablespoon. Bake for about 20 minutes at a temperature of 190 degrees, then leave for another 5 minutes at 100 degrees on the "fan" function.

Use a pastry syringe to fill the eclairs (cooled) with the condensed milk filling. To do this, do not cut them, but make a small hole in the side. Sprinkle with powdered sugar on top.

The filling for eclairs can be very different: cream, butter, egg custard or thick jam. You can also improvise with their shape. Instead of powdered sugar, you can pour chocolate glaze, for example.
