Required products :

12 eggs
1/4 tea cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon mustard
1 teaspoon vinegar
2 tablespoons hot sauce (sriracha)
salt and pepper to taste

Method of preparation :

Divide the eggs into whites and yolks.

Beat the egg whites well until foamy. Pour into a rectangular pan, well greased. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes, until ready (be careful not to overcook, the goal is to make them white and smooth).

Fry the yolks until ready in a slightly hot pan without fat.

Pour into a food processor, add mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, hot sauce, salt and pepper, grind with a few pulsations to obtain a homogeneous mixture. Transfer to a bag with a nozzle attached.

Place a large board on the tray and turn the bowl over to easily remove the egg whites without tearing them.

Cut out stars with them using a cookie cutter.

In the center of each squirt a little of the cream with the yolks.

Garnish with a small "dot" of chili sauce.
