Required products :

  • 1/2 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 4 slices of bacon, finely chopped
  • 1 large head of broccoli, roses
  • 2 crushed garlic cloves
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh basil leaves
  • 3 grated zucchini
  • 2 tea cups grated yellow cheese
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons flour
  • 8 eggs
  • 1/2 cup fresh milk
  • 100 grams of shredded cheese (feta or white brine)

Method of preparation :

Grease a ceramic pan and cover the bottom and walls with baking paper.

Put 2 tablespoons of fat in a pan and fry the onion and bacon for about 5 minutes. Add the broccoli and 2 minutes later the garlic. Remove from the heat and allow the filling to cool.

Transfer the mixture to a large bowl and add the basil, zucchini, 1 1/2 teaspoons of yellow cheese and flour. Stir well.

Beat the eggs with the remaining fat and milk, pour over the vegetables and combine the two mixtures well. Season to taste, and finally add the cow's cheese. Pour the mixture into the pan and bake for 40 minutes until done.
