For brandy lovers we present an easy recipe with this alcohol - egg punch. The ingredients are for 5 cups and the preparation will take you about 20 minutes . Let's get started!

Required products :

  • 1100 milliliters of whole milk
  • 6 eggs
  • 200 milliliters of brandy
  • 50 grams of fine crystal sugar
  • 1 vanilla
  • cocoa powder for sprinkling

Method of preparation :

Place a large skillet on a medium heat and pour in the milk, eggs, sugar and vanilla. Stir and allow the mixture to heat. Do not wait until it boils, it is enough to thicken slightly.

Divide the brandy into 5 cups, then pour the hot punch into them. Sprinkle on top with a little cocoa powder or cinnamon.
