Required products :
150 grams mushrooms
2 eggs
1 onion
arugula to taste
salt and ground black pepper to taste
croutons to taste
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons butter
ham to taste
Method of preparation :
Finely chop the mushrooms and onions. Stew the onion in the oil until soft and then add the mushrooms. Let it cook for a few minutes.
Boil the eggs hard, peel them and cut into two parts or cubes.
Put the arugula on the bottom of a suitable plate and pour the hot mushrooms on the leaves. Followed by eggs, croutons and sliced ham.
Mix olive oil with vinegar, add salt and pepper. Season the salad with this sauce and you can now enjoy its rich taste.
