Required products :
1 eggplant
200 grams mozzarella
connection basil
100 grams cherry tomatoes
olive oil
spices to taste
Method of preparation :
Wash the eggplant, dry it and cut into circles. Add salt and leave to stand for 15 minutes to remove the bitter taste.
Then add salt, sprinkle with spices of your choice, sprinkle with olive oil and grill.
Arrange the hot eggplant rings in a suitable dish and place basil leaves, a slice of mozzarella and a tomato on each.
The appetizer is ready. You can serve.
