Required products :
- 4 tablespoons cooking cream with 33% fat
- 250 grams of spinach
- 1 tablespoon butter and oil
- ground red pepper to taste
- 8 eggs
- 4 tablespoons grated Swiss cheese
- salt to taste
Method of preparation :
Wash the spinach leaves, dry them and cut them into large pieces. Heat the oil in a pan, pour in the spinach, add salt, pepper and cook for 2 minutes. Then transfer the leaves to a colander, let the liquid drain.
Grease 4 suitable deep molds with oil, distribute the spinach in them and beat two eggs in each.
Pour 1 tablespoon of cream in each portion, sprinkle with cheese and place in the oven (180 degrees) for 15 minutes.
Serve immediately.
