Learn how to cook "Eggs with bacon, yellow cheese and mushrooms in puff pastry". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 6 eggs
  • 150 grams of mushrooms
  • 150 grams of bacon (or ham)
  • 100 grams of yellow cheese
  • 200 grams of puff pastry
  • parsley
  • 30 grams of butter
  • salt, pepper

Method of preparation :

Fry the mushrooms in butter until done. Add diced bacon to them, fry for a few minutes.

Grate the yellow cheese, saturate the parsley.

Beat the eggs (leave one of the yolks to spread on the roll) in a bowl, pour parsley and cheese on them, beat with a wire.

Pour this mixture into the pan with the mushrooms and bacon and fry until done. Season with pepper and salt to taste. The filling for the roll is ready.

Thaw the puff pastry, roll it out into a rectangle and place in a pan. Make incisions on both sides along the length as shown in the next photo.

Distribute the filling in the middle and close it with strips of dough, forming a braid.

Coat the surface with the previously separated yolk and bake the roll for 20 minutes in the oven (at medium temperature, 180 degrees).

Have a good time!
