Required products :

  • 250 grams of puff pastry
  • 4 eggs
  • 8 strips of bacon
  • 50 grams of parmesan
  • 1 tablespoon basil
  • salt and pepper

 

Method of preparation :

Put the finished puff pastry on a plate sprinkled with flour, cover with a towel and leave to thaw.

Turn the oven to preheat to 200 degrees, cover the bottom of the pan with a sheet of parchment.

Fry the bacon until golden.

Once the dough is thawed, cut it into 4 rectangles. Fold a centimeter on all sides and press with your fingers.

Beat 1 egg on each layer, put bacon on top, which you can cut into small pieces if you wish.

Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese, season with salt and pepper.

Bake in the already hot oven for 10-15 minutes, until the dish acquires a beautiful golden color and the eggs are not ready as you prefer.

Sprinkle with basil and serve.
