Required products :

  • 1/4 tea cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 tea cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup crushed hard cheese + more to serve
  • 1/2 teaspoon hot red pepper
  • 1 small clove of garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/4 tea cup finely chopped coriander leaves
  • 4 cobs of corn
  • lime for serving

Method of preparation :

Clean the cobs of corn and heat the grill. Bake the corn until it gets a nice dark brown tan.

While baking, mix all other products. Drizzle the hot corn with the milk sauce and sprinkle with more shredded cheese. Serve with slices of lime for extra flavor, if desired.
